Q: Audi A5 Order?
I ordered an Audi A5 from Valley Motors in Early April. They promised to get it in September/October. I almost bought one from Ohio a month ago, but then I decided I didn't want to deal with shipping. Right about when I was going to give up, I called Rockville Audi, and I was told that a guys financing fell through and his order was identical to mine at Valley Motors. The Sales Guy at Rockville said it is a 2009 Audi A5 coming in around Late June, Early July, is this possible for a 2009 to come in that early? Thanks

A: All makes & models have a production date. Most auto makers will call a car or truck produced in or after June the next years model. So 6-08 = 2009

Q: car question about audi
a few questions 1. is there much difference between the audi a4 and a5. 2. whats the msrp for the new 2009 a4 and the msrp for a5 3. i went on the audi site, and they dont have the a4 in the build your audi option. is it because 2009 is coming 4. whens the audi a4 2009 being released if it already hasnt

A: 1. No, they are the same cars. Same chassis and V6 engine and V8 engines in sport versions. The only difference is that the Audi A4 id a sedan and the A5 is the coupe version of the Audi A4 and that the Audi A4 also comes with a turbocharged 4 cylinder for the base engine. The Audi A5 has a base V6 engine. 2 and 3. The Audi website will list prices when the car comes out. You can't build the car this early when they are still deciding on paint colors ad options. Expect it to be $30,000 for the A4 and $35,000 for the A5. 4. It should be coming out in a couple of months. September or October.

Q: Trading in my Car?
I own a 2003 BMW 325xi with 71,000 Miles. I was searching forever to find an Audi A5 and I found out a guy backed out of his order of a 2009 A5 at Rockville Audi. I do not have any desire to privately sell my car. I think I am going to do trade in, but there is one problem. My car has been involved with two accidents. First one was when I was slammed in a parking lot by an 18-Wheeler. This gave my car $8000 Worth of Damage, plus a frame alteration. Second, I was rear-ended by a drunk driver at a stop sign. It cost me $12000 Worth of damage, plus another frame alteration. To say the least, my car is scarred. I am affriad my dealer will not take my car for too much money due to this. Should I tell them it has been destroyed twice? Should I attempt to sell it privately? What should I do? Thanks & Don't Drink and Drive

A: If you want to get rid of it, go ahead and trade it in for whatever they'll give you and just don't mention any accidents until they ask. Don't sell it privately and make someone else waste their hard earned money on a previously wrecked vehicle if they are unaware of it. The dealerships make a living by screwing people, in which case it would be fair game.
