A: i honestly dont see the problem with it. Im 16 and I drive a 2000 audi. as long as you can drive well its not that big of a deal. it has a great engine and if its shift the transmission is flawless. good crash test ratings and its a very aerodynamic car.
and to everyone else, you cant just write him off as a spoiled rich kid... you dont even know him.
Q: I have a couple questions AUDI A6 2006?
I have had my Audi for 6 months. Sometimes when I turn my wheel to the far right, it makes a sound like it needs WD40. Its a deep squeak. Its not all the time but, what can be causing it?
Also, the car doesn't automatically move (hard to descibe). I mean that when I put the car in reverse or drive, I have to give it gas for it to move. It will eventually move, but after a few seconds. My old Lexus would automatically move when put into a gear. Isthis normal with Audis??
A: Have u checked you're power steering fluid? That could be the cause of the squeeking noise.
Q: I have a 2006 Audi A6, anyone know how to turn off the A/C? I don't have the manual?
I checked in the "car" settings of the computer system and didn't see anything about the A/C. It just always seems to blow cool air no matter what I do...unless I turn the temp up then it blows warm air obviously.
I don't see an "A/C" button anywhere on my dash. I do see the +/- sign above the knob, I tried pushing the knob to turn it off and pulling it. Pulling it just pulls the knob off of the dash and pushing it just switches it back and forth between the fan and temperature. I can only turn the fan down to 1, but not to 0. I notice that if I set the temperature of the A/C higher then the temp of the car it will turn off, but if it's 90 degrees out that won't work. There's a few options under the "setup" of the A/C but no option to turn it off. It is just constantly blowing cold air unless I turn up the temperature, then it just blows warm air.
There's gotta be a way to turn this off!
A: The knob control you use to set the temperature in the car +/- is pushed in when the air is on.
When you want to turn off the automatic control, pull the knob out.

A: I like the S4 better because I'm 20 and drive a S5. A6 is for older guys. You should seriously consider a S5 too because it looks much nicer than the S4 in my view.

A: 2004 A6 quattro, with nice alloys. Helluva sweet ride. Much better resale than Volvo, more street cred.

That gimpy impala will do a 0-60, and just peter out after 120, and would overheat or die at a continuous speed in the triple digit range.

A: It's only on for about seven seconds- and its a pleasant ding. Buckle up, you life depends upon it. Besides if you don't there is a hefty fine if you don't. Airbags do not work too well, if you are not buckled up.
