Q: best way to connect Ipod to auto stereo?
my husband just bought an Audi A8 2004 and the original stereo does not have any aux jack. I went to the Audi shop and now they tell me they can put in some special device to manage the Ipod, but it costs almost 300 dollars. that is too much. should I get myself a new radio with the USB or Aux thing or go with the Audi alternative? what is the best way to enjoy the Ipod sound quality in a car?
thxs in advance
A: WOW everyone in the world seems to be all on the Sack of an FM modulator!!!! Well, dearie, (may I call you Dearie?) You have a 50,000 dollar ish Luxury Sedan, and more than Likely you have Symphony Sound. Do you really wanna listen to your Ipod in less quality than it already is? If Yes is your answer, then go straight to wally world or my trash can and pick out the FM transmitter that you find has the most beautiful packaging and jam out to organized STATIC on 5 different channels! If a big Effing NO! is your answer, then go to a local retailer that offers product by the manufacter Peripheral Electronics and ask them to get the right parts for you, your car, and your IPod. Sure It may cost a little more than a crappy Fm Mod, but in the long run, you will be most happy that you made the right decision to switch from non-filtered to filtered (hahaha) and that you also supported local business by offering them yours. The Real Beauty of this product is A-It Charges your Ipod, B-you dont have any funky objects on your dash that look like whats inside your nightstand, and Most importantly C! You can control Your IPod from your Radio, with out STATICCCCCCCC!!!!!!!! HOORAYYYYYY for TECHNOLOGY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Q: Hi guys what car should i get!?
this is a question from my brother
" i want a luxury fast car, it doesn't need to have a 500bhp v12 w/ 2 turbochargers, i'm not crazy, plus this is my first car and i've been saving up for this since i was like 13 so i wanna know people's advice:
here are my choices:
all cars are 2003,2004
audi rs4
lexus ls400
audi a8 4.0tdi
bmw 730d
audi rs5 ( wait for it)
so erm........ HELP!
A: alla re horrible choices...
what is the price range your looking at?
all of those are old cars that WERE top notch, which means electrical problems are waiting to happen.
Parst are also expensive, especially because the cars are out of warranty (average oil change alone for a BMW is $250), and insurance is through the roof
if you want a luxury car, go for a Lexus IS or an Infiniti G35- they may be just as expensive to insure, but they're more reliable, and better on gas.
Q: do you think this?
man is right or INSANE!?
Spanish driver sues dead crash cyclist for damage Fri Jan 25, 10:37 AM ET
MADRID (Reuters) - A Spanish driver who collided with a cyclist is suing the dead youth's family $29,300 for the damage the impact of his body did to his luxury car, a Spanish newspaper reported on Friday.
Businessman Tomas Delgado says 17-year-old Enaitz Iriondo caused $20,500 of damage to his Audi A8 in the fatal 2004 crash in La Rioja region, the El Pais newspaper reported.
Delgado, who has faced no criminal charges for the incident, wants a further 6,000 euros to cover the cost of hiring another vehicle while his car was being repaired, El Pais said.
His family won 33,000 euros compensation from Delgado's insurance company after the firm acknowledged he had been driving at excessive speed and this could have contributed to the incident.
"I'm also a victim in all of this, you can't fix the lad's problems, but you can fix mine," Delgado told the newspaper
